I liked the very good location closed to the city center and all Jerusalem attractions.
The breakfast menu was poor. The room servise and room clealiness was not professional and far from expected. There is a huge parking problems around this hotel. The parking is limited to 3 hours only...

Hotel is located in 20 min walk from Old City in the quiet neighborhood and this is great. The staff was extremely helpful. Hotel is cozy, however, at that time there was a little noise from the nearby building yard. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for hideaway from the outside world problems :-)
There was problem with Wi-Fi connection, so we used computer with Internet at the lobby.

The staff was very warm and helpful and always available to answer questions, call a cab, give directions and make suggestions for our daily walking tours. The location was excellent, twenty to thirty minute walks to many important and meaningful Jerusalem sites. We could easily walk to the Jaffa Gate at the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, the German Colony and more. The daily breakfast was adequate and hot water was available 24/7 for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Nice touch!
The room was on the small side.

It is a small hotel in the center of the city. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The family unit was very comfotable and clean. The only thing I can think of was the slight street noise. I will definately recommend this hotel, and use it again next time I am in Jerusalem
